Small village house with a direct view of the Rhine. It’s not a hotel, but a private DIY punk rock pad – clean, honest, and cozy. Late check-out is available, and smaller vans can park right in the courtyard. Further details/more info on request.

Important:

  • There are no bars or clubs nearby, and this is NOT a party house!
  • Allergy notice: Dogs are frequently present in the house.
  • We live on-site in the house, so this is a hosted stay with private rooms rather than an entire empty home rental.

  • Approx. 8 km from Bonn and 15 km from Cologne, exact address provided upon booking.
  • About 5 to 10 minutes from the highway


Parking

  • Standard tour vans (e.g., Sprinter) can park around the corner on a quiet residential street. 
  • Smaller compact vans (Vito / Transporter size) can park directly in the courtyard.
  • Safe neighborhood; instruments and gear can be brought indoors overnight.


Sleeping Capacity

  • Best suited for up to 4 people (absolute maximum: 6).
  • Double beds and sofa beds spread across three rooms.


Bathrooms

  • 1 full bathroom with shower, 2 toilets

  • Check-in: from 4:00 PM (16:00)
  • Check-out: until 2:00 PM (14:00)

• No smoking indoors (smoking is allowed outside in the garden or in front of the house).
• Strict outdoor quiet hours: We love our neighbors. Taking fresh air outside during the day is totally fine, but late-night drinks, chats, and hangouts must move strictly indoors at normal conversation volume.
